who we are ✎

Who are we?

A creative and literary publication for young voices, bringing together writing, poetry, photography, visual art, and everything in between.

our mission

The Young Archive is a creative & literary publication that brings together writing, poetry, photography, visual art, and other forms of creative expression.

We are drawn to young voices and fresh perspectives, and to work that experiments, questions, remembers, and takes creative risks. Each issue is built around a theme, bringing distinct voices and forms of expression together into a growing body of work.

Founded in 2026, The Young Archive exists to give meaningful work a place to be seen and read — a space beyond fleeting posts and unfinished drafts, where creative work can be shared, discovered, and remembered.

founded by

Purvi Dhankani

The Young Archive began with a simple idea: too much good creative work was staying private. Since then it has grown into a publication with themed issues, open submission windows, and a growing creative community.

Writing, art or photography, sent through our submission form before the deadline. Every submission gets read.

  3. 03

    We archive it

Selected work is laid out, credited, and published as part of the issue — permanently on record, not scrolled past.
